Comprehensive Maintenance Management Functionality
- Customer care
- Facilligence includes a help-desk function that acts as a call-taking system. Maintenance workers enter maintenance requests via the help-desk from their web browser while at the same time being restricted to access only the specific information contained in the web page; a designated "Authorizer" then approves each request before it becomes a work-order in Facilligence
- The Check Workorder Request Status page is designed to be simple and easy to use. It allows each requester to periodically check the status of his or her request anytime, day or night, without the need for direct contact with the maintenance department; as requests are approved or denied, the requestor receives an e-mail confirming the current status of that request
- Because Facilligence interfaces with G/L and other accounting systems, costs for work orders may be assigned to P&Ls or billed to customers
- Work order management
- Work orders are created for objects (equipment items, buildings, departments, locations, systems, etc.) so that no work is left uncaptured
- Predictive scheduling for work orders utilize server “listeners” that create work orders based on rules established by the user
- Facilligence automatically creates Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders on pre-established schedules using active work-order trigger alerts to control your workflow according to your needs and instructions
- Full histories of all preventive and corrective work are readily available via Crystal Reports, including the ability to publish web-enabled reports on demand.

- Work order assignment screens allow fine-tuning assignments and schedules to balance a shop workload
- Automated workload scheduler allows you to determine and control your workflow according to minute-by-minute priorities; work order assignments to each employee are made or changed from a single screen
- System actually looks ahead for a selected 12-month period to provide a recap of future scheduled maintenance to facilitate easy modification and allowing you to better allocate long-term resources and plan for scheduled maintenance demands throughout the year
- Warranties & leases are tracked down to the component level with warnings that prevent lost value; failure codes, including vandalism, are tracked on all work orders and histories are maintained in the system for insurance reporting, warranty notification, and other needs
- Inventory and warehouse management helps track multiple inventory stores at multiple sites with multiple locations for each part; RFID and barcode inventory traceability helps reduce annual inventory program costs and reduces employee theft losses
- Purchasing and e-purchasing enables integrated contracts and blanket purchase agreements; this makes purchasing a snap while making up-to-the minute information readily available to management and finance
- Human resources functionality updates timecards and payroll records by using labor time information directly from the work order; paperless timesheets are signed and approved in the system and immediately available to Finance through Facilligence's integrated accounts and budgets
