Facilligence offers Software as a Service (SaaS)/data hosting services for those who do not have in-house IT personnel or system administrators on staff. Many organizations with IT staff also prefer to take advantage of SaaS.

We employ Microsoft and Oracle experts to manage the program, database, and email services on our own database servers and extend that service to our clients. We will install your data on a database dedicated to you.

We keep your Facilligence application and the database current and updated with the latest version of all software (only after that software is tested by our experts first). Any changes to the database and software are directed and approved by you before being implemented on your live setup.

Fees for SaaS are charged on a monthly bases, saving you the cost of direct purchase and IT staff operating, maintaining, and supporting your system.

As part of its SaaS services, Facilligence provides full backup services. Incremental backups are made daily, and a full backup is performed weekly and stored off-site. Facilligence will restore your system and data from backups should the need arise.
